Refund & Cancellation
Wondering if you should really buy from us?
We believe that the customer is the center around whom our business revolves and hence we take necessary steps to keep him/her thoroughly satisfied. All the same we do not deny the possibility of a loss or damage of an item while in transit. If the purchase is found to be unsatisfactory in any respect, please go to the link Return and initiate for the refund.
For outright Cancellation
· If you cancel your order before the product has been shipped, we will refund your amount in the form of store credit.
· If the cancellation is made after the product has been shipped, you can do one of the following:
o If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them about your intention.
o If you have received the product and want to return it, we offer you a Return Policy. However, it only lasts within 1 week after you have received the shipment. You may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs)
Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:
· Damages due to misuse of product
· Used or worn clothes (apart for trial)
· Sale products
· Due to sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns of the following products once they are taken out of their packaging:
· Any accessories
· Products which were tampered with by the customer (eg. torn, stained)
· Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
· Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box/bag, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
· All returns should be initiated within one week of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging (with seal intact) for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
· We have a policy of no-refund once the item is shipped with the only exception being that an unopened item is returned to us.
· If you encounter problems more than a week after receipt of the item, we will not be in a position to accept any returns.
· Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you.
How long will it take to process my refund request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund in the form of store credit. You will be notified of the same.
However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction it would take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund and additional 5-7 business days for the bank to process the same.
All return request/order in order to be accepted need to comply with the following steps in the chronological order as stated below:
STEP 1: Duly fill and sign the Return Form attached with the consignment
STEP 2: Intimate us of your intention to return the item either by filling out the online form in the website or by sending a mail with the order details to us at email@example.com or by calling our customer care executive at 011 300 18 123
STEP 3(A): Our pick-up team will contact you for picking up the item (Make sure you have the invoice and return form ready and the item re-packed in its original packing)
STEP 3(B): Courier the items to the below return address. Kindly use BLUEDART or DTDC to return the items to ensure timely resolution. Courier expenses will be refunded to you in form of store credit.
STEP 4: On receiving the item we will evaluate the request and intimate you on its acceptability
STEP5: Refund in form of store credit or exchange will be initiated for accepted request(s). Items will be shipped back to you for all other non-acceptable request.
